Qualifying hands will vary as the amount of the Bad Beat Jackpot increases.
The qualifying hands and corresponding amounts can be found below:

(A) Players must have pocket pairs to qualify with the exception of a two card Straight Flush or Royal flush.
(B) In the event that a player uses a Royal Flush as a qualifying hand, that player will not be eligible for the “Royal Flush Jackpot” of the corresponding suit.
(C) Distribution: 50% of the jackpot will go to the losing hand. 25% of the jackpot will go to the winning hand. 25% of the jackpot will go to the remaining players at the table who were dealt in the hand.
9. Both Bad Beat hands must be the best possible combination of five cards.
10. In Hold’em, Pocket Aces are required for Aces full of Kings or Queens. There cannot be 3 Aces on the board.
11. In the event that there are more than two bad beat qualifying hands, the top two winning hands will be paid the larger amounts.
12. Jackpot may be void in the event of the following:
Improper Shuffle
Too many/few burn cards
Foul deck (too many or too few cards)
Cards dealt out of sequence
Cards leaving clear view of the table
The use of cell phones/texting during the hand
Discussion during the hand that may alter the outcome of the hand
All players must play their hands independent of influence by another player/spectator
